Our tube filling machines are already equipped with servo driven filling units from our TU 55 (up to 60 tube p..) on. The dosing volumes can be adjusted via Touch screen. The round table is also adjustable. I.e. you need not to adjust the altitude of the filling unit. Instead of that you adjust the round table according to the length of the tubes via a simple tool affixed on the machine. And thus you needn't adjust the sealing unit, too.
All of our control cabinets are made of stainless steel AISI 304L From our fully automated TU 55 on you principally receive our tube filling magazine which enables a really fast and simple loading of tubes! Of course we offer servo driven lifting of the tubes beneath the filling unit, too.
And our control system is already equipped with ELAU control and storable 99 programs from our TU 55 on.
What is true for our smallest fully automated TU 55 is of course at least valid for our larger tube filling systems,too.
