At the torquing station vessels are being capped with the accurate torque.
When a vessel arrives at the screwing station its capping head is moving down. At the same moment two pushers are budging against the vessel to eliminate a possible spinning during the capping process. The gripping device is closing and the capping head begins to rotate.
Due to the special form of the apping head the cap is being grasped form-fitted during the capping process.
Our GSM 500 can be integrated in a filling line or can be applied autonomously. After capping the availabilty of the cap is being checked.
