A tube filling machine is a filling machine that fills tubes.
Everybody can build this, even the farthest east.
REALLY?
The key questions are: how are the tubes filled, how are the tubes closed, and does the first tube look exactly like the ten thousandth tube. That is where the art of engineering comes in, in our case the German, Saxon engineering. Our product, the tube filling machine, comes in all sizes from small and semi-automatic up to 200 tubes per minute fully automatic. They are all rotary index machines.
WHY?
We think that this rotary design offers great advantages compared to the (fashionable? I would leave out) oval forms. Of course, we can build those, too. For instance, we build oval indexing machines for other containers in our target performance range of up to 200 tubes per minute.
In the area of tube filling the advantages are so overwhelmingly in favor of the rotary filler because the possible number of different functions in this machine are enhanced. The reasons are clear: simple and fast format exchange, simple handling, and above all, safe cleaning of the machine.
Excellent sanitation is especially required in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
And because we are always thinking from our customers' point of view, we have developed our tube fillers even further. Simply spoken, we care for function and not for fashion.
